FYI/Follow-up on Mac Pro 1,1 w/Mountain Lion:
A reader that had posted earlier about his 2006 Mac Pro (1,1) with mods for Mountain Lion Install wrote he updated to 10.8.1 w/o problems. (And 10.8.1 delta update did not restore the supported models plist file.)
