Nvidia Graphics Driver Update for macOS 10.13.6 build with Security Update 2018-003
Dec. 10th dated download page of driver 387.10.10.10.40.113 for macOS 10.13.6 build 17G4015.
(The build number with Security Update 2018-003 High Sierra installed.)
Nvidia web driver download pages for High Sierra include this install note:

"Installation Note:
Because of improvements in macOS security, the Security & Privacy Preferences may open during the installation process. If it does, click "Allow" in order for the NVIDIA Graphics Driver to load, then return to the Installer and click "Restart". "

(Bill & George said they got this driver earlier via Nvidia prefs and are using it OK.)

(As of post time, the download page CUDA link goes to a July update - the current CUDA download page (from Sept. 19th) is CUDA 410.130, but check for CUDA update in Nvidia prefs.)

Check Nvidia prefs for CUDA updates. (Above driver download page's CUDA link goes to a version that doesn't list macOS 10.12.x support.)
