Some said the beta fixed display issues so hopefully that's true for everyone with that problem in 10.11.2. I'm not running 10.11 but will watch the Apple forums for feedback. (FYI: Saw an early thread on non-functional display problems after installing 10.11.3 that later said Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) helped. Also saw one user in the long thread on Display not waking from sleep in 10.11.2 say the .3 update didn't help, he still had to disconnect/reconnect the displays. An old tip is to use the Combo updater (see above D/L link), but that's not always a fix for every problem.)
Users of Nvidia's web drivers know that new OS X updates (versions or build numbers) require updated Nvidia graphics drivers. (Some non-Mac EFI cards are not supported by default OS X drivers.) They usually appear first in Nvidia's driver prefs update check.
Nvidia OS X Driver Updates: (Jan. 20th/21st, 2016)
I've updated the Video topics page to add Nvidia CUDA and graphics driver updates for OS X 10.11.3 and the new build numbers of 10.9.5 and 10.10.5 after installing Security Update 2016-001.
