(Late 2013) iMac SMC Firmware Update 1.1
(download page linked. Should also be available via SU)
"About iMac SMC Firmware Update 1.1 (921KB)
This update is recommended for iMac (late 2013) with flash-only storage. This update improves the Power Nap feature in Mavericks on your flash based iMac by allowing it to perform silently, without spinning up the fan.

Power Nap periodically updates apps, such as Mail, Contacts, and Calendar, and will download software updates while your iMac is sleeping."

Apple TV 6.0.1 Update (info)
(Update for 2nd/3rd gen Apple TVs. You can check for feedback in Apple's Apple TV forum.)

Stability and performance Includes general performance and stability improvements.

I don't own a 2nd/3rd gen Apple TV but hear this also fixed a problem with Movie rentals missing after Apple TV 6.0 update.

Apple/products related News/Tips/Updates/Op-Ed/PR:

BTW: There is (was) a thread from users upset over Cloud-only syncing, as they were not aware of that before upgrading. (FYI: As of 10AM Oct 24th thread link fails. Deleted?) Here's a clip on that change in Mavericks from the apple doc About SyncServices:

"OS X Mavericks v10.9 and later do not use SyncServices. Instead, Mavericks supports sharing your information using several network-based and cloud-based solutions. If you want to sync your information across multiple devices and computers, you should use one or more of these methods. These include iCloud, CardDAV servers, CalDAV servers, and servers that utilize the Exchange ActiveSync protocol. "
