M1 Macs "AppleAPFSMediaBSDClient" Kernel Panics
Apple forum threads on busy timeout[0], (60s): AppleAPFSMediaBSDClient kernel panics M1 users said happened after the macOS 11.6.2 update. (Typically when waking from sleep after having used an external APFS drive. Some said they had ejected the drive, but at least one report said the drive was still connected. Some later posts said it was when waking up after doing an external Time Machine backup.) Some threads on the problem are

(One of the crash logs showed there were no third-party extensions installed.)
Some later posts said macOS 11.6.3 didn't help, 2 said upgrading to macOS Monterey 12.2 did.
