Scroll down the linked page to see the D/L button and instructions. (The Mac "WD Software Uninstaller" (WD_Software_Uninstaller_1_0_0_8.zip) listed as supporting OS X 10.9 to 10.6.)
Update: As of Nov 25th, the WD Uninstaller is no longer at that linked page. On Nov. 25th WD also released updates to some of their software/utilities. I've never used them (nor will I ever) but here's their forum posts:
