"About MacBook Pro Retina SMC Update v1.0
This update fixes several sleep/wake issues to improve the stability of MacBook Pro with Retina display (Mid 2012) computers and is recommended for all users running OS X v10.7.4.

It also enables Power Nap support for users running OS X v10.8 or later.

HT5394 is Apple's doc About Power Nap in Mountain Lion that lists the Retina MacBook Pro and 2012/2011 MacBook Airs (with SMC firmware updates) supporting Power Nap but OWC has a blog post today that says their Aura SSD in 13" 2010 MacBook Airs supports Power Nap. (FYI: They updated the post later after more testing and found 2010 MBA Power Nap worked on some samples, but not others.)
