Info from App store for Xcode 14.3.1 (for macOS 13.0 or later).
"Fixes an issue that could prevent development when targeting devices running iOS 13."
- Xcode 14.3.1 includes Swift version 5.8.1. (Xcode 14.3 had Swift version 5.8.)

watchOS 9.5.1 Update (bug fixes/improvements)
Info from about watchOS 9 Updates for version 9.5.1:
"This update includes improvements and bug fixes for your Apple Watch."
Apple's Security Updates page says "This update has no published CVE entries."
You can check feedback in Apple's Watch discussion forum.
Owners that saw shorter battery runtime after watchOS 9.5 are hoping for a fix.

There's been threads in the past about battery drain after previous watchOS updates.
(Never owned a Watch, but wonder if like macOS updates, it's reindexing afterwards.
But if it's reindexing affecting runtime, the runtime reduction wouldn't be permanent.)
