If you purchased the USB-C Dock before March 29, 2017 and are experiencing connectivity issues when your MacBook or MacBook Pro enters sleep mode, please install this firmware update.

As of August 2017, anyone who purchased the OWC USB-C Dock with HDMI should install this firmware update.
