Nvidia OS X Geforce/Quadro Drivers Update for OS X 10.9.5
Nvidia's posted a 334.01.03 driver update for OS X 10.9.5 build 13F34. (See notes on "Additional Information" tab on linked page that asks you ensure that's your OS X version/build.)
There's also a recent CUDA 6.5.18 update for OS X 10.9.5 compatibility.
(I don't have a Mac w/Nvidia card running 10.9.5 to try these but if you do let me know if you see any pros/cons with these updates.)
