"CUDA Application Support:
In order to run macOS Applications that leverage the CUDA architecture of certain NVIDIA graphics cards, users will need to download and install a compatible CUDA driver. CUDA driver which supports macOS Sierra 10.12 will be available at a later date.
(Update: video topics page has Nvidia CUDA 8.0.46 with macOS Sierra support.)
New in Release 367.15.10.05f01:

Contains performance improvements and bug fixes for a wide range of applications.
Includes NVIDIA Driver Manager preference pane.
Includes BETA support for iMac and MacBook Pro systems with NVIDIA graphics
Release Notes Archive:
This driver update is for Mac Pro 5,1 (2010) users.
(2009 Mac Pro can run Sierra with the unofficial EFI 5,1 update)
BETA support is for iMac 14,2 / 14,3 (2013), iMac 13,1 / 13,2 (2012) and MacBook Pro 11,3 (2013), MacBook Pro 10,1 (2012), and MacBook Pro 9,1 (2012) users."
(I've added this link to the video topics page which has previous Nvidia driver updates for 10.11.6, 10.10.5, 10.9.5, and the current CUDA version that supports those OS's.)
FYI: This and several earlier driver updates list "Beta" support for some iMacs and MBPs (in page post above). A reader with a 2012 MBP wrote he had problems with this driver in Sierra.

NVidia Driver 367.15.10.05f01
Just a heads up. When I installed the above driver for my Mid 2012 Retina MacBook Pro, Safari kept freezing and causing OS Sierra to restart. This was happening 5-6 times a day. I reverted back to the default driver and all is well. So folks having problems may want to revert to the default driver.

Thanks. Not sure there would have been any benefit to using it for the MBP and being a first release driver for a major OS upgrade (and new Safari v10), there's likely still bugs present. (As usual, lots of posts in Apple's forums on problems, including Safari. And not just with extensions although I expected those to be broken.)
iOS 10.0.2 release notes

- Resolves issue that could cause Photos to quit when turning on iCloud Photo Library
- Fixes an issue that prevented enabling some app extensions
OS X 10.12 (Sierra) - *Read This Before Updating* (Aspyr support)
"Updating to OS X 10.12 fixes the 10.11 problem of not being able to host Game Center games. BUT YOU CANNOT ADD FRIENDS. Apple removed Game Center with OS X 10.12 (and iOS 10) so we recommend stocking up on adding friends BEFORE updating."
v04.25.40 update for LG 55"/65" EF9500-UA and EG9600-UB OLED UHD TVs
The EG9600 page also has a v04.05.25 update for the earlier EG9600-UA model.
See "Reference" link for list of changes, but it's not very clearly worded or detailed.
(The EG9600-UA is the original model without HDR HDMI support. The EG9600-UB are later production with HDR compatible HDMI inputs like the EF9500.)
